Different needs come together in the forest. This leads to conflicts of interest. The town of Lenzburg wants to clarify the various needs for the forest and gather ideas from the population. The app "CitizenTalk" was used for the smart citizen dialog 2.0.

The city of Lenzburg wants to clarify the different needs of the forest and gather ideas from the forest users. Just listen and in a second step decide what is feasible.

Solution

With CitizenTalk, forest users were able to think together online and interactively co-design with collective intelligence. We turned hundreds of forest users into co-thinkers and solved the challenge together. In doing so, we unleashed the full innovation potential of all forest users and let them develop the best ideas themselves and interactively in a joint dialog.
